Graphic artist looking for work. Mostly album art and book layout, but I do a bit of everything.

PFP: Walking wrecked robot with glowing innards.

Banner: Elaborately painted Gundam with a cat obscuring three sides of the frame.
Halfway through the third act, Ganondorf gets redeemed only to later learn that without their conflict, the cycle will end. So he fights Link for the chance to grow up with them again in the next cycle.

Right! My bad for not mentioning that.

I say this not as a student, to be clear, but as admissions staff that has looked at about 30 programs similar to our own.

In BioMed, you generally don't need a Masters to pursue a PhD. A bachelor's in a related field will usually work. Also, pursuing your PhD in BioMed usually includes a full tuition waiver and a livable stipend while going to school.

This hits me where I live, only for layout.

I just caught myself looking way too closely at how the hexes along the seams will like up. That's some really satisfying geometry! I'm curious to see the plate tectonic mechanics.

I'm 3.75 hours in and the only special weapon item I've found has been *salt*...and that was five minutes ago. Having a blast, though.

"Not Your Sidekick" by C.B. Lee has a really cool post-post-apocalypse meets 4-color superhero vibe with lots of world building. a.co/d/j42LEDf

"Dreadnaught" by @aprildaniels.bsky.social still has me thinking about the concept of "Continuity of Consciousness."

Holy crap! I think that was the same summer they aired Vampire Hunter D, Iria the Animation, Robot Carnival, Galaxy Express 999, and Armitage III.

Watching Rampage and living in Illinois was wild. Never enough corn/soy.

Add that to knowing that the main character *should* have gotten hit with the Rampage Juice in the final act so a giant Dwayne Johnson could drop The People's Elbow from Sears Tower onto a kaiju.

Much better setup than the last batch.

With that said, recycled billboard vinyl is pretty easy to acquire and use for things (other than flooring). Common uses are tarps, garden/pond liners, and absolutely ridiculous slip-and-slides.
