We wanted them to have healthcare and a high paying job and a planet to live on and freedom. They want us to suffer. The parties are not the same.

My local Home Depot (which I usually avoid) was empty of the usual crush of the Central American contractor guys. Garden center could not open because (one of the employees said) half of the staff did not show for work because of ICE fears. What they did have was LOTS of ‘America’ banners and flags.

Events are moving fast today penetrating even inside my cocoon. Biden pardons, Pope condemns. I, for one, will remember the many collaborators who out of weakness, greed, or apathy kneel to what they should know is not right. Remember them after WE overcome. Pity them. And Pray for our future.
