The crackdown has resulted in the killing of at least 28 protesters and bystanders, including children.

The EU must call on the Iranian authorities to end their deadly crackdown & to immediately and unconditionally release all those detained solely for peacefully demonstrating.

Trapping people outside of Europe's borders leads to harm, suffering and death, with many still losing their lives at sea or in desert areas in Tunisia or Libya. This is not a humane policy.
