I watched the Duggars, mostly to find out about the Quiverfulls part.
I’m glad a few of the girls broke away. I can’t imagine being smothered like that. I’d have been in trouble all the time because I have a mouth on me.

Johnson is part of the Quiverfuls. If you have Prime, I recommend watching Shiny Happy People. The first season starts with the Duggars and the second is more about the Christian Nationalists/ Project 2025. It’s freaking scary.

And the godawful make-up makes it worse because it jumped out at me before I even saw the flag.

Olive Jean is an only child. She needs a buddy but I’m afraid a new cat would climb curtains and counters. Olive Jean is a biter, but she doesn’t really care to climb.

It’s been rainy, and I got my RSV shot today. I did my shopping in case I don’t feel great. Tomorrow I’m going to an estate sale, and I might do some Christmas crafts after that.

This is the end of my vacation week. Back to work Monday, at 6:45 am. The ONLY good thing about that is being done for the day at 3:15 pm.
I hate getting up at 4:30 for work.

Dude, I got my first polio vaccine somewhere around 1965, so apparently you can’t read what is written.

I remember the Dept of Health giving polio vaccine on sugar cubes. I was maybe 5. We went to the local high school for the vaccine.

My county was blue until the orange one blew in. My county was also sent the wrong voting data, had to stop using the machines, and go to paper until it was fixed. I vote by mail. I got my confirmation email last week.

There are a lot of rumors about him not being compliant with mental health meds and trouble at home, but I’ve not heard anything concrete. He’s grasping at straws to stay in office, but he’s unlikely to get a second term. I hope he’s OK, but I don’t want him in office again.

A large percentage of my county’s population (124k) relies on SNAP and food banks. They’re pissed and hopefully registered and showing up.
We need to primary Fetterman, here.
