City & The City by China Mieville is a great exploration of divided populations in one city, but for sci fi reaasons. BBC adaptation was good as well with David Morrissey.

and currently on our way to Stockholm, rolling past beautiful woods and lakes with an excellent dinner on the Snälltåget. Why fly anywhere cattle class when you can watch the world go by with such luxury?

On DEI - white guys subconsciously prefer to hire white guys, rather than purely on merit... Diverse management is _more_ likely to hire on merit, because it's less prone to that bias. Would be good for Jon to look into DEI, rather than just repeat Trump talking points.
