Early childhood educator. During the pandemic I continued to work with my kiddos. One 5 year old little boy looked at me one day and said "Tam, I don't know how you do it" when I said "do what" his reply was " make everyone smile".
I have always said that I relieve stress in a physical way. Mother Nature: here is a bunch of snow to shovel.

I went on a cruise with my son, DIL, and granddaughter without wifi for a week (that is juice I was drinking while watching the sunrise).

When you are heading for a vacation and you let your childcare kiddos choose whether you bring a reading book or coloring book. Waiting in the airport goes much faster this way.

My 16 year old "pup" doesn't know it's Thanksgiving so we went for a morning walk. This is a carving of a bald eagle from a tree that needed to be cut down. I thought it would be a good way to say Happy Thanksgiving 🦃

I usually hear the cardinals before I see them, but this one was sitting in the tree watching while I was asking my dog if she was ready to come inside.

I can't remember who said we should mention when a Republican does something positive, but I'll take the advice. I came across a video on YouTube fromCBC news, with my Governor and the Atlantic premier. The video shows why Phil Scott keeps getting elected in a blue state.

Apparently this male cardinal had thought I needed some balance after reading some substacks. I was making snack for my kiddos when he summoned me to the window.

As a preschool teacher I let the children pick books from the library. I do my curriculum around the books they choose. Interesting that 11/13 is world kindness day and this is the book choosen for this week. We made magnets for world kindness day.
