The best I’ve ever mustered is a mild & surprising “I’m not hating this”
And I’ve done pilates for years.
It’s also why I do an early morning virtual class. I have to get up bc I committed to the class & it’s taught live, but I’m only awake for the last half hour. That’s bearable.
