Watched "One Battle After Another" last night, and the hype is real. Warner Bros.has some good hits this year with this and"Sinners." The cat-and-mouse chase is redefined here. I also ran into one of my dance friends at this advance screening, and of course we had to do a dance pose.

The "Evening with Francis Ford Coppola" was insightful. Upon my second viewing of "Megalopolis," I still didn't like it, but it felt better being among cinephiles that felt the same way. The second half of the event was Coppola sharing ideas about history and the future.

Seated for "An Evening with Francis Ford Coppola" as he presents "Megalopolis." I'm a bit conflicted about being here because I wasn't a big fan of this movie, but I admire how daring it was for Coppola to put up his own money and sell his wine business to make his passion project.

I had to find ways to recover from taking five dance and movement classes in 24 hours. I still have two more tomorrow. Seeing the latest Mission: Impossible.

This is my work setup for the first half of my day. It was all nice and good until the political junkies came and shared false narratives very loudly. I should have bought my earphones. At least the pistachio latte was OK.

In many places, this may be the last weekend you can see "Sinners" in IMAX and other large-format theaters. "Thunderbolts" is set to take over May 1.

I watched "Sinners." It's nice to watch an original movie in the theater for once. I'm tired of remakes and sequels, but if Ryan Coogler has to direct three of them to make something new, I'll support it. Stay for the two post-credit scenes. Also, it's very LOUD, so you may want to bring earplugs.

I competed in a plank competition at my dance studio, and I finished in the top half with three minutes. That was before my legs started to fall apart. The top finishers lasted six minutes. At least I got this nice sticker. This is why I call my Pilates class Wellness (Is Killing Me) class.
