Better than expected: Trek sets, local booths, some cosplayers’ garb
Room for improvement: not just promoting on Meta, less 3D print slop sales, more food, contests too late in the day

I just finished my full rewatch of Star Trek #DS9 and I’m sad. What a show!
I probably missed half of the episodes when they originally aired due to college/life and lack of a good UHF antenna in my dorm, so for many episodes it was a first watch.
Onward to Voyager!

I've gotten spoiled handing off little tasks and checking in occasionally while I work on other things.

gpt-oss:20b isn't half bad. Better than deepseek-r1:32b in my limited experiments. Still gets lost in its own thoughts, is too chatty, and I'm not convinced about the 128k window. But for running locally on a Mac Mini M4, not bad!
