Agreed, with Starmer I think it's more ramping than change. I keep remembering how quiet he was on various issues pre-elec, I guess so voters wouldn't realise they weren't actually gonna get a Lab party.

Keir Starmer being tone deaf as ever. In my local council, the divvying of votes has more or less been straightforward: Tory votes to Reform, and Labour votes to Lib Dem and Green.
Starmer doesn't get it. He isn't gonna win over the right-wingers, but he's sure as shit losing/lost the left.

On liberal values & cooperation, the UK Labour Party is right wing not left wing. Almost the entire media is also right wing - and on trans issues not one mainstream newspaper takes a pro-trans position. Almost all parts of the trans community have been invisibilised to sell the "danger" narrative.
