Weird one that always seemed to work on me as a kid was having clean feet. Just a sit on the edge of the tub, feet soaking in warm soapy water, scrubbing between the toes then towel-scooting to bed under thick covers.
Also weighted blankets are amazing.

I've been having a hard time not defaulting to hit T (because I'll never recognize X) and it bringing up the "Login" window after 8 years of mostly using that hellsite.
