Follow up on my friend #TTRPG. It would make a decent dungeon-crawling board game. I can see he put many hours into his work, and after helping him test a few things yesterday, I don't see any major design issues.
Still not what I look for in a TTRPG though; those are two different things for me.

A friend sent me the rulebook for the #TTRPG he's building for his own usage. There's no goal of publishing it ever. It's a good reminder as to why I'm not part of his table. 😅 We are clearly not looking for the same things in a game.

I've just learned that I've been doing something wrong in #ArkhamHorror since day 1. It's been years! 😱
It seemed logical to me that if you were engaged with an enemy, when you move to another location, the enemy would stay put after the attack of opportunity. Turns out, it moves with you! 😱

Tales from Red Dragon Inn is so much fun. The rules are simple enough that we can play a scenario after a long pause and not miss a beat. I especially like that you never miss an attack. The game always moves forward.
