Got any suggestions for good beginner/basics? Been something on my mind to do and there seems to be a lot of options but dont know which ones are actually good.

Also I should mention that just stopping any SSRI cold turkey without getting your doctor to slowly lower your dose is not recommended by anyone. The proper way to get off of them is to keep lowering the dose. For example I should have went from 10mg -> 7.5 -> 5 - > 2.5 -> 1 -> 0.5 -> 0.

Was on it. Didn't do anything for me. The only problems it gave me was when quitting due to just straight up stopping. Once you start taking them you will have a miserable time stopping (or skipping doses) by yourself due to brain zaps. Otherwise it was fine.
