The world can be a scary place at times. Remember, social media tends to highlight the negatives. Your mental filter can be drawn to that. If things you're seeing online are upsetting, take control of what you see. Limit your screen time.

Be mindful of the types of accounts you follow and the content you consume on social media. If you find that an account is making you feel bad about yourself, unfollow it. You can also try to fill your feed with accounts that promote positivity and self-acceptance.

It wasn't half partisan this time. I've still got mine as it's useful for a few things. It's becoming more and more unusable though. As you say, the zealots infiltrate every topic now and it's just 🫠

There's discussion to be had, the post seemed to me that it wanted to end discussion by presenting opinion as fact. Something I'm seeing more and more over there.
