Piller has a long track record of neglect. In 2014 and 2015, he was publicly named one of NYC’s Worst Landlords. In 2016, gross negligence in one of his buildings led to the horrific deaths of two infants in a radiator explosion at 720 Hunts Point Avenue. (4/5)
