Full body workout was conquered today!!!!

I used to wait for someone to fix it for me. The pain, habits, weights. Fam could support me, but they weren’t going to tie my laces, or cry from the sweat for me.That was always going to be me.

Still a long road ahead, but I’ll never disrespect the version of me who showed up and showed out.

Started creatine a week ago and I think I’m seeing the effects take place! Maybe it’s just me but this is my pump on my rest day!

I just gotta keep pushing through. Remind myself it will be worth it.
