Promoting awareness of Taiwan on Bluesky! 🇹🇼
(But it’s not like they randomly selected a month or something. Wasn’t sure but guessed correctly it was Stonewall)

It is a shame they put pride in June though at least for Taiwan visits because it can get hot 🥵 luckily, tea shops are stationed every few hundred yards.

(I want to say the correct answer is tourism is better in the South. Taipei may be considered crowded enough already, and the South has a greater need for the tourist spend. But how do the experiences stack up?)

At first thought you’d uploaded the wrong pic. But no, just hard to spot even for someone who know what to look for.

BTW, is tourism better in the southern cities or Taipei? Seems you visited both areas?

If you can’t see it before the current run of showings end, you might not be able to see it in theaters again!

Small and hard to see, spot the logographs to the right of the red characters outlined in yellow on center signage

Oh, he actually left because Mr. Modi and Zelenskyy are showing up. The most vile* and annoying leaders, respectively.

(A rare instance of an AAPI band with a hit single, “Like a G6” chronicles the struggles of AAPI boys forced to date white women despite having other preferences. G6 refers, here, to the Pontiac G6, a domestic sedan)

You heard it here first folks (Far East Movement released “Like a G6” in 2010…)

I don’t think the West does best when it’s on the backfoot, but I also don’t think Trump left Kananaskis because he was worried Antonio Costa might knee him in the groin at the behest of Ursula von der Leyen.

Hard to say, but I did see propaganda on the BBC live stream a few days ago after initial strikes and prior to Nantaz being possibly disabled. I’d leaven positive news for the Jewish people with some degree of skepticism. They can’t breach Fordow.

TBH probably just laughing at the idea that you could wheedle a nuke out of Israel
after having asked for one from Iran. Usually doesn’t happen! I guess you’d just get the Iranian one and leave with a bad impression of Bibi. Very bad?

C. 1960, sure.

You don’t need me to tell you OP is referencing former
British controlled Palestine, but since Iran’s use of the term “Zionist Entity” likely does not map directly to a Western conception of the Westphalian Nation State of Israel (de facto or de jure), unsure what’s being disparaged.
June 17, 2025 at 12:57 AM
Wait, are we talking about Israel here or the Zionist Entity?
June 16, 2025 at 3:43 AM
*and Iran, perhaps?

They do have efficient cows, I mean.

Really, it’s a shame for Taiwan and the rest of the first island chain that Israelis get first dibs on what appears to be rare-on-the-ground kit just because they’re funny, (often) helpful, personable, generous, smart, innovative, and have efficient cows. Well, maybe not that last one but they do.
