A few months ago one of my best friends committed suicide.

I wish I had done more to let him know he could talk to me if he was struggling. He left behind a devastated 10 year old girl.

If you are struggling, reach out to anyone, please!

Never, ever give up!

Your kids probably aren't going to remember very many specific things that happened before they were eight

but they will sure as shit remember how you, as a parent, made them feel.

This is the single most important thing to remember when raising young children.

I completely agree with … {checks notes, checks them a second time, and then blinks several times} … Joe Rogan?
Rogan: "Its very ugly to watch someone shoot a U.S. citizen, especially a woman, in the face…It just looked horrific to me. When people say it's justifiable because the car hit it, it seemed like she was turning the car away."

Ford has caved to MAGA pressure and suspended TJ Sabula, the auto worker who called Trump a “pedophile protector” to his face today.

“I don’t feel as though fate looks upon you often — and when it does, you better be ready to seize the opportunity,” Sabula said.

We are up against a murderous fascist regime, an unscrupulous oligarchy, a corrupted DOJ, a cowardly Congress and a supine SCOTUS.

We have lost our guard rails, from co-equal branches to the fourth estate.

It’s a lot.

It’s past time to put all our petty differences aside and band together.

As I've been saying, Trump has been running the federal government like an organized crime enterprise. Shocking as this latest development may be, it is but one example.

Trump must be impeached and removed if our constitutional republic is to survive.
