I finally swallowed my fears and fired up the CNC router this weekend. And in the end? Easier than I could have ever dreamed. We’re in the dough bowl candle business this year!

Boys and reds are glued up! Greens and teals getting dyed dye work tomorrow night. Wednesday is a blood donation, but I’ll finish all 20 quilts this week, then on to wooden dough bowls for candles!

Been working in the shop. Covered Bridge is less than two months out, but I’m way ahead on inventory at this point. Gotta keep rolling it out, though. Quilts, pumpkins, candy corn, wall-sized scrabble boards, and wood bowls.

Scrap wood project number two: candy corn. I upgraded my patterns to acrylic and used them as a cutout and shaping guide. Spend up the process immensely.
