When I was in college, my girlfriend and I were waiting in the dorm lobby for the elevator to go up. When it opened, the "No Smoking" sign on the back wall of the car was on fire. We looked at the sign, then at each other, then back at the sign, and let the doors close.

I genuinely have a phobia of big trucks in the rearview mirror to this very day, and I mentally do the math whenever a driver approaches me to determine where I'm going to run if the car turns out to be haunted.
