This is the way! 79 books and counting this year. Still more doomscrolling than I'd like, but I really enjoy the healthier escapism that reading gives me and the time away from tech!
Midway through doomscrolling on my phone last month, I thought: ‘Why don’t I just read a book instead of getting depressed doing this?’ So, with zero alteration to my working hours, I now devote the time I used to spend doomscrolling to reading instead. I’ve read 6 books in the last 2 weeks. Happy!

So unfortunately I lost my Booksta to a permanent IG ban this morning. My Threads was suspended by tech. I don't post, so no idea what like/repost caused an issue. I appealed & lost within an hour leading to permanent ban of both my Threads and my linked IG. Clearly no human review. I'm devastated!
