Found this lovely hand thrown vase at a thrift store today! The sodium silicate crackle with purple glaze is striking on the buff-colored clay. Top and inside of vase is clear glazed. The only potter's mark is a barefoot stamp. Does anyone recognize the maker?

Found this cool looking Hall teapot at a thrift store a couple of years ago. I love the shape of it, and the deep cobalt blue glaze seems to glow. Hall was acquired by Homer Laughlin China Co., now known as the Fiesta Tableware Company.

Happy Gotcha Day to our sweet little Siri!

This picture was taken the day we brought her home on March 3, 2013. She and I had an instant bond that endures to this day. She can usually be found cradled in my left arm when I'm on the computer. Love you, Siri! 😻

My first two wheel thrown pottery pieces after glaze firing. I think they turned out okay for a first try. I'm anxious to make more stuff on the wheel and hopefully get better at it!
