Depends on which of his ex-wives or if it was his kids who ok’d it. Personally I think it should be a family member or a really close friend who knew what he had planned to end the story, having Patterson do it as a co-author just seems wrong!

If that’s the Michael Crichton that died back in 2008, I doubt that he even wrote anything, unless he wrote it with help of a ouija board.
