The #nokingsprotest in Pasadena was packed with peaceful protesters all fed up with what’s going on. A beautiful day in so many ways!

NEW @motherjones.com: Pardoned J6ers are using Kirk's killing to call for civil war

Stewart Rhodes will rebuild Oath Keepers; Proud Boys call for "retribution"; & ex-insurrectionists are coming "out of retirement."

Experts fear they could incite others to violence. W/ @kieraevebutler.bsky.social:

Since Dobbs, 17 states have enacted strict abortion limits and bans. As a result, there have been several harrowing tragedies.

But the impact of the SCOTUS decision also appears in the quieter struggles—a myriad of small, compounding barriers that stand between individuals and their access to care.

9 million US women (of reproductive age) now live 200+ miles from the nearest abortion clinic. When they need an abortion, they’re forced to navigate not just highways & airports, but tough Qs: how to miss work without losing their jobs; who will watch their children; how they'll afford to travel...

I spoke to a bunch of folks who want to help: A pilot who will fly you to a clinic on a private plane. A doctor who can treat you in Mexico for cheap. A retired lawyer who offers up her home to out-of-staters. An org that can ship meds so you don't have to travel. Several orgs that can give $.

"Do you want a good government or a country that's in ruins?"

This interview was too good not to share in its entirety. So meet Grant, a 15-year-old student from Princeton, New Jersey, who spoke to our reporter at the #HandsOff rally there.

He has some thoughts.
