How the hell do you at the same time acknowledge that we're gonna be short staffed, offer "support", but: hiring is frozen, cost-cutting is in place and you offer me more work responsibilities?!

Man, the LTT falloff over the last year needs to be studied, it is so blatant that the entire channel became mostly ad space for sponsors and the staleness of content is impossible to ignore.

Yeah, today's incident at work has cemented that my team leadershit does not actually value anything I have to say or propose.
