It'll probably work better when rendered at hi-res and scaled down rather than rendered at low-res. For quick tests like these I prefer rendering low due to *cough* recent post *cough*

Not quite sure if what I ended up with counts as Rolling Shutter, but it certainly is a fitting effect regardless. Might need a different texture than the one I'm using? Not sure.
