Oberon ended 2024 wearing the cone of shame after he wouldn't stop scratching a small cut on his head. He's now fully adjusted and owning his shark-style cone fabulousness.

Symptom free and the line on my daily RAT is getting fainter. Soon I can actually start enjoying my time off instead of being confined to my apartment.

Well, merry Christmas. I've tested positive to COVID on Christmas Eve.
At least I'm not feeling too sick (yet), but looks like Christmas is a bust this year.

No more injections for Boq AND I was praised for my exceptional turtle husbandry. And annual cat vaccinations done, so no more vet visits for a while.

Almost at the end of Boq's course of antibiotics ahead of her vet visit on Saturday, and today the vet calls to confirm her test results and casually drops in that depending on the assessment, she may need more.

Ugh, waking up on a Monday but thinking it's Sunday then having it dawn on you that it's not actually the weekend. This must be how Garfield feels.

So I'm finally taking a break from Baldur's Gate 3 and started playing Planet Zoo again and I am definitely better at DnD than I am at designing a functional layout for a zoo. But I can make a damn good entrance to a terrible zoo.
