Be Still & Remember Deep Dive Session with Dr Rowan Hassan A circle of somatic yoga, meditation, and breath work to return, reclaim, and move forward with intention. This weekend's far right marches will have been triggering and traumatising for many Black and Global Majority people. In times like these we need to hold our communities close and take care of each other.

We’re seeing the rise of the far right, and their rhetoric increasingly becoming mainstream. We are seeing policing treat pro-Palestinian protesters more harshly than far right racist protestors.
