on a serious note, I'd graciously take any and all leads...I'm interested broadly in proteostasis in neurodegenerative diseases (especially rare diseases!) with experience in several model systems (C. elegans, mouse models, iPSC-derived cells)

shouting into the void: my first first-author primary research paper (1/2 of my dissertation work) was accepted for publication this week! also I'm defending my PhD in 3ish weeks!

is there a (relatively simple) way to add a PTM to a protein structure in #pymol if the PTM is not supported by the PyTMs plugin?

Does anyone know how funds for F31 awards are disbursed to universities? If I have an active award, is it safe to conclude the funds have already been received by my institution, or do I need to be contacting people to ensure it's all been transferred?
