Loosely related, it seems to be awful at sudoku & I find that strangely heartening. I happened to wonder if it could explain intermediate/advanced solving methods. It struggles with describing valid board states, and hard fails as soon as deduction is required, since there's no thinking happening.

Brickbear's time to shine, only a half joke. It makes me think of that vaporwave mannequin visualizer I made a year or two ago, might have to check how hard that'd be to repurpose. It was in Unreal which is a pain to use, might be a good toy project for learning more Godot.

"Most experts acknowledge ghosts will take over the boardgame industry within five years, and have begun restructuring accordingly. Many view the change as inevitable, as boardgames have been a leader in ghost employment for over a century, the Hasbro hit 'Ouija' redefining human-spectre relations."

I've been trying to get audiobook work so the Content I started doing during/because of the pandemic carries less financial weight & man, audiobooks want the numbers to go up too. The community building is great, but the financial push to stay on the treadmill is such a weird and insidious thing.

You can use Itch's Jam page for this. It requires a little digging, not the best UI, but like you can set the filter to >100 participants and it makes it a little easier to see the Special Interests TTRPG jam, and TTRPGs for Trans Rights, The Nameless Scriptures Lore Jam, etc. itch.io/jams

And one more, as a treat: QY423395MCKJA

The codes are US based for some reason, although web listening worked for me. Mostly seems to matter for the app, have to have the US marketplace selected for it to show up there.

Poor People by Fyodor Dostoevsky. A little arch and slow, but an interesting look into 1840's Russia, and I can see how things like Disco Elysium pull from it/literary naturalism. I think I'd recommend it if only because it's fairly short. An accessible and useful dose of classic literature.

Content's a useful term for me because it carries implications about the labour, distribution, audience, etc. I feel it's reflective of the terms capitalism currently enforces on most artists, not a comment on the art itself. It's a nasty spectre to invoke, so I do get why people hate the word.

Big goofy dinosaurs have gotten a lift in standard with an additional 1 mana accelerant in llanowar elves. I don't know that it has the staying power for me that it will for some people, but I am glad that the elves seem to be mostly helping proactive strategies. #TCG

The Rogue Prince of Persia got in to the schedule on a whim & I was very genuinely surprised at it being such a good looking and well executed roguelite action platformer. Definitely one I want to circle back to and play more of. #roguelite

The Last Herald-Mage Trilogy by Mercedes Lackey. Gay wizards have just so much depression. While not without issue, the first two books in particular are a fun read, you can stop at the end of the second book and have had a great time with sad lads. Book 3 is okay but boring and undermines 1 & 2.
