It went okay. She supports my decision to go for an ASD assessment. She said being on the spectrum could definitely explain some of the issues I have, specifically sensory sensitivities, social anxiety, and obsessive thinking.

If I’m this anxious about simply asking for an assessment imagine how anxious I’ll be before I actually do one… eep!

Not sure where it comes from but one of my favourite quotes is “I’m not young enough to know everything.” The older I get the less I seem to know 🙈
