As often as YOU are comfortable with. Consistency is better than doing it based on someone else's recommendation and then burning out.

You can replicate curiosity exercises with any part of the process!
Just have to be conscious of your new intention (in this case, curiosity instead of expectation) and repeat it!

Bonus: this also reduces the time that most of us spend just scrolling while we wait.

The resistance you feel before drawing will start to fade away the more you do this because your brain no longer associates drawing time as this "precious" experience that has to go a particular way.
