Observing Court of Protection hearings can induce a range of emotions, as described by @sydneywhite.bsky.social in this excellent blog. I observed the 2nd morning of this hearing and it was an excellent example of open justice.

Observing Court of Protection hearings can induce a range of emotions, as described by @sydneywhite.bsky.social in this excellent blog. I observed the 2nd morning of this hearing and it was an excellent example of open justice.
