Blue Jays are part of the crow family, as my 5yo who is much more knowledgeable about the natural world than I am, recently informed me.

My bird knowledge is poor, I just like to draw them. Grateful to have a young naturalist at home.

(the poem is shaped like a gun, with the trigger guard, trigger, and handle made of alternative characters.) em —pire is a gun. imperial ideologies are a gun. you cannot pick up a gun to water plants. there's a singular purpose for using guns: easy control. but what happens when you use that control? are you made stronger and more righteous? are you sympathetic? if you are using a gun then it would help both of us for you to be aware of that fact and to use it only as needed & to know what happens when it's time to pull the trigger. empire is a gun, forged long ago (part of the gun is visible) (part of the gun) waiting in unpatient hands for the wrong place at the right time. or the right face to be a (part of the gun) martyr this time. "terrorism" doesn't happen in a vacuum. terrorism happens when some kings (part of the gun) try to claim some land as theirs and then they send their thugs in to divide and conquer. (part of the gun) you can cover empire in whatever you want, it will still be the cause of terrorism worldwide. empire always (a large gap to represent part of the space for the trigger) craves and desires all of the things that it (a section of the trigger, a section of the trigger guard) can. consumes. makes singu (a section of the trigger, a section of the trigger guard) -lar experiences melt (part of the gun) away.
