As a #sexworker who does mostly 1-on-1 stuff there are 3 kinds of client:
1. The short con: They’re obnoxious and impossible to satisfy long term, your job is to roll them for as much as you can in a single go by making them think you might fulfill their impossible fantasy

Like yeah, you're probably much queerer, weirder, more political and alive than the cardboard cutout that one sells to #johns but seriously, figure out what #fantasy #persona you can embody and embody it. You'll be happier and make more money. #sexwork

As someone who's been a
#sexworker for about 14 years, one thing I have learned is for profit and sanity, you really want to keep your work persona as separate from your real self as you can. Be 2-D, easy to categorize and fetishize at work, save your real self for your private life.

So one thing I see a lot of #sexworkers on here doing is posting their mutual aid requests on their #sexwork profiles, which is not great in terms of branding, and in terms of getting yourself treated well by Johns. If they think you're desperate, they're going to act worse. Keep that shit separate
