Well, apparently I'm keeping my hips and shoulders concordant by starting to rotate my hips via initiating a passing step forward but then pushing backwards with the lead foot before it's finished. I wasn't honestly even aware of the timing.

The whole “lay back and just ignore Trump,” “don’t play into what he wants” shtick didn’t work in 2016, it didn’t work between 2020 and 2024, and it’s not going to work now. He has to be told no. He has to be held accountable. And he has to be stopped.

Gonna go out on a limb and say the problem with young men isn’t that no one listens to them but that they have been conditioned by society to believe strength and power are masculine traits. With few exceptions they’ve been gender segregated to some extent since they were children.
