I'm not sure what you mean by the last data point. I'm referring to the title of the graph and what it presents - refinance as % of probably total mortgage applications vs rejection rate (assuming for the same applications). The post mentioned mortgage applications as a whole, but the graph is not.

The graph says that it is for refinance only though and it seems that the share for that as % of total requests (I guess?) has dropped significantly in the last 5 years. It would be interesting to see the non-refinance business.

ACA is actually not for the poor, but rather the ones who have their own business and the ones who make too much to qualify for Medicaid and don't have a healthcare plan from work. So many of these people I think actually voted GOP. Business owners historically vote with GOP
