I am suddenly reminded of a fundraiser my high school student government did one year where they blasted MMMBop by Hanson over the loudspeakers between every class period until they raised enough money to stop doing so.

There is something ironic about paying more to book a nonstop flight to avoid having a connection, then have that flight cancelled, and now you are likely to be stranded overnight at an airport because your new flight is delayed and you'll miss your connection home.

Bike New York is my favorite weekend of the year, rain or shine.

The ride is always an adventure, but also a great time (whether or not you stop being able to shift gears 25 miles into the 40 mile ride)!

After the second candle-related incident (this time with flames!), I'm in the market for a candle warmer lamp to reduce the likelihood that my cat sets our house on fire. If anyone has an recommendations for warmers/lamps, I'm all ears.
