At the end of the day, even the best meteorologist can't predict the exact outcome at this point. We know this storm could bring significant impacts to the east Gulf Coast (possibly us), so we need to keep a close eye on it. We will be sure to keep you advised.

Now for the hard part. With all the highs in place, the only path for this storm to really follow would be the trough that will be quickly moving out. It could either sneak past and exit through the Carolinas, or possibly get blocked by the ridge and re-curve back.

Models 1/2 days ago were showing mainly a SW Atlantic path pushing along the east coast, but with more models coming into the mix, it's showing that the high in the Atlantic will be stronger now, allowing for more of an east Gulf track before it possibly ends up near Florida.

We’ve been tracking that messy storm system in the Atlantic for a bit now, and it’s becoming more organized. The NHC now gives it a 70% chance of developing within the next 7 days. But once it forms, where will it go?

As this line pushes out, we'll have the chance for more showers and storms. Most will be scattered until the last push from this low tomorrow morning until noon, when more flooding is possible. Remember, turn around and don't drown as most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
