I responded to your statement that CBT doesn’t fix anything. Again, sorry to hear that they didn’t pick up on neurodivergence. Awareness is improving but services are under so much pressure to deliver short term therapy. I believe therapy helps us understand ourselves and help us develop vs fix us

Well I am sorry it didn’t help you, it’s not a panacea for all issues and shouldn’t be sold as such, but I know it does and has helped people.

Wandering around Montmatre and Sacre Coeur is lovely although a lot more touristy than it used to be. I would highly recommend the orangerie for the monets and the musee d’orsay too. All depends on what you like. I do recommend booking though the queues are awful
