Disabled with myasthenia gravis❄️. Formerly an open water swimmer, currently housebound. Enthusiastic dog mom. Love Chicago but had to leave due to disability.
Are you being treated with more than mestinon? MG needs to be treated aggressively. Before modern treatments 70% of MG patients died.

I'm housebound with it and was bedbound for a few months. It's hell.

The recovery isn't that bad! Real pain was gone in a few days, most discomfort gone in a couple weeks.

It's the other way around. Long covid is very likely me/cfs, which is good news for me/cfs research.
