Husband and I have joked about writing one of those relationship books for couples. Title: "Pivot to Intimacy."
I can now announce that Chapter 1 will be called "Warmth, Not Pain."
Inspired by a talk with our cat after I tried to get him to sit on a heating pad and he clawed the shit out of me.

I was on the HAB, then the PC. Met some great people, had zero impact. But I got an up-close view of how nutty and dysfunctional our town can be and how much back room influence CHALT had.
The experience ultimately led me to help start TBB.
