Why should the law protect their home values, their investments and suburban fiefdoms? Socialism for the wealthy. The status quo is pretty neoliberal if you ask me.

I won't argue whether Abundance looks like a neoliberal trojan horse. Fine. But honest question: how else would we break hyperlocal vetocracy wielded by wealthy property owners against allowing new homes (social and market rate) and thus new neighbors in high opportunity areas?
