This is wildly disingenuous. In the first link, and empty car was hit while waiting at a stop light. In the second, an empty car was hit while waiting to make a turn.

My only dig at NYC is that there's no one-seat transit ride from midtown to *any* airport. With that, it would be the unquestionable number one city in the world. Without it, it's in the top tier with a glaring hole. It's table stakes for world-class cities
