We had a Pileated Woodpecker family living in our yard this summer - dad,mom and juvenile. Have only seen the dad this past month or so. Love these birds!

I’d argue that no country can truly be called ‘rich’ if it fails to provide basic, affordable healthcare and social security, let alone if it leaves families with hungry children unfed.

Our country deserves every bit of shame heaped upon it by other countries of the world. The disgraceful political actions against the poor make me ashamed to be an American today.
