Covid-cautious Midwestern writer. Nonfiction writing can be seen on Business Insider, Healthline, Vox, and Rover. Working on my fiction book REVEN - stay tuned for details.
Reven has a trans guy. Can’t say who without spoilers. He’s not the protagonist but he is my beloved chaos gremlin.

Tink wouldn’t believe Peter’s delusion, but she would destroy anyone who tried to “take care of” Peter before he turned.

Wendi would have a lot of ideas for building shelter and creating traps, but Peter would probably bite her before she got anything done.

Peter would hide the bite, not because he thinks the others would kill him, but because he’s sure that his bite doesn’t count. The teeth barely drew blood, and he didn’t FEEL any zombie venom go in. Peter’s got a strong immune system anyway. He’s fine…

Having an AI quickly crank out a story for you feels like asking a robot to eat cake for you because it chews more efficiently.

I think it would be far more miserable if they succeed.

The extra taxes alone made freelance writing much more difficult. Freelancing is unpredictable by nature, but you get seriously penalized for not correctly predicting your future income.
