I’ve been in MST instead of EST all week. My bodymind is a mess. My phone and iPad agree on MST, but my EST watch reminds me of why I have felt so off all day, everyday.

Doing all of your travel in a month seems so rough, esp to someone like myself who never travels!

Ok. You are very smart in this flavor of the world. Where should we look for the “explain it to me like I’m a 10 year old who is earnest, confused, excited, and aware of the surrounding world but not sure where to start” version for those of us who just like splitting logs in the woods these day?
