Irgendwann muss mir nochmal jemand erklären, was Leute am Orbanschen Propagandakonzept einer nicht-liberalen oder illiberalen "Demokratie" so interessant finden, und warum sie solche Systeme mit "Demokratie" besser beschrieben finden als mit elektoralem Autoritarismus oder ähnlichem.
Mit @camlinger.bsky.social habe ich darüber geschrieben, warum Jason Stanley u.a. mit ihrer Bestimmung der USA als faschistisches Regime falsch liegen. Der Faschismus der Gegenwart will das Liberale und Egalitäre der Demokratie zerstören, aber mit der Demokratie (vorläufig) koexistieren.

Die historischen Faschisten wollten die Demokratie zerstören. Die heutigen Faschisten sind da pragmatischer.

Irgendwann muss mir nochmal jemand erklären, was Leute am Orbanschen Propagandakonzept einer nicht-liberalen oder illiberalen "Demokratie" so interessant finden, und warum sie solche Systeme mit "Demokratie" besser beschrieben finden als mit elektoralem Autoritarismus oder ähnlichem.

Es ist so sehr atemberaubend, dass die verbrecherische Ideologie, über die Deutsche vor nicht allzu langer Zeit unaussprechliche Verbrechen begangen und mehr als 10 Millionen Menschen ermordet haben, durch eine Partei wiederbelebt wird und diese Partei über 20% erwarten kann
