I arrived at season 7 of »Taskmaster« and while many of the UK comedians on the show have been weird before, I feel like no one in this particular group of contestants is sober. 😂

Wahlpropaganda, unzulässige

Während der Wahlzeit ist in und an allen Gebäuden in denen sich Wahlräume befinden jede Beeinflussung der Wählerinnen und Wähler verboten. Eine Beeinflussung kann zum Beispiel durch Wort, Ton, Schrift, Bild oder Unterschriftensammlung erfolgen.

Wie der unmittelbare Zugangsbereich abzugrenzen ist, hängt von den jeweiligen örtlichen Gegebenheiten ab. Entscheidend ist, dass die Wählerinnen und Wähler den Wahlraum betreten können, ohne in ihrem Wahlverhalten behindert oder beeinflusst zu werden.

Wahlpropaganda ist auch in unmittelbarer Umgebung des Wahlgebäudes unzulässig, wenn sie nach Form und Inhalt geeignet ist, die Wählerinnen und Wähler bei der Stimmabgabe zu beeinflussen. Dies ist zum Beispiel der Fall, wenn Lautsprecherdurchsagen außerhalb des Wahlgebäudes mit einer solchen Lautstärke erfolgen, dass sie auch im Wahlraum deutlich hörbar sind.

Für die Einhaltung der Ruhe und Ordnung im Wahlraum ist der Wahlvorstand zuständig. Wenn während der Wahlzeit außerhalb des Wahlraumes gegen das Verbot der unzulässigen Wahlbeeinflussung verstoßen wird, hat der Wahlvorstand, falls erforderlich, die für die Ausübung des Hausrechts zuständige Stelle und die Ortspolizeibehörde zu verständigen, die ein polizeiliches Einschreiten veranlassen kann.
