Totally agree! Found suggestions for roc 0,2 mg/kg on the link, but no references. Indications for sux are narrowing here, and many prefer roc for RSI. Is there then still a place where sux can not be replaced, in situations like this? I mean yes, but lacks evidence 🤓

But what about temperature and humidity of inspired air? Need for humidifier and warming instead? 🤔
